SUMMER CHIC DEER VALLEY WEDDING
Sam and Bubba’s summer chic Deer Valley wedding, held at the St. Regis Deer Valley, was the ultimate outdoor summer celebration. Their rustic yet totally luxe wedding venue sits atop a hill, offering picturesque views of the towering pines and surrounding mountains; every wedding photographer’s dream! The bride’s family has a home in Park City, which drew this East Coast based couple to the area when choosing where to tie the knot. Deer Valley was a destination for a large majority of their guests, so the couple got married over the 4th of July holiday week and turned their wedding into a long weekend celebration! Deer Valley is so stunning and unique, so we knew we wanted to embrace the great outdoors and beautiful mountain landscape into our design! We of course began with the couple’s custom wedding logo and were instantly drawn to the idea of using antlers. We love how chic and simplistic it turned out, using antlers and Sam and Bubba’s initials; such a special nod to the outdoorsy location and this laid back couple we love! Additionally, we always strive to highlight the couple’s personalities into our work, and incorporated Carolina Blue as a nod to the bride’s alma mater! Their Deer Valley wedding invitations were printed on a thick cotton paper (so luxe!) and featured three different print styles including silver foil stamping, dusty blue letterpress, and silver flat printing. The mountain chic invitation suite was wrapped with a tone on tone belly band that featured the couple’s blind embossed wedding monogram. Pine trees were a playful accent to the invitation’s design, and were on the inside of their envelope liner as well as on their RSVP card. The couple’s beloved pup Charlie even made an appearance on their wedding invitation, with a starring spot on their website card! Guests loved their Deer Valley wedding weekend itineraries and wedding welcome boxes, including hats with the embroidered wedding logo! Since guests traveled so far to honor them, the bride really wanted to make the welcome boxes and goodies special, as a thank you! For the weekend itineraries, we included activities around Deer Valley and a schedule of events for each day of this three day celebration. As you can see from the neon Club Bub sign, it was quite a celebration! The exquisite wedding branding extended into events each day of this long weekend including the Welcome Party BBQ and Rehearsal Dinner and with the keen eye and coordination of Dori Waller of The Social Office, we were thrilled with how it all turned out!
