We love when brides come to us with creative ideas for inspiration. Especially when that creative inspiration happens to be one of our favorite decorating accessories…ginger jars! Mallory and William tied the knot last November in a preppy, oceanfront wedding on Saint Simons Island. After receiving their pictures of their ginger jar inspired wedding, we’re feeling majorly inspired by everything blue and white. Take a peek at some of Mallory and William’s ginger jar inspired wedding, and all of the things we love inspired by chinoiserie design!
Mallory and William’s preppy, chinoiserie inspired save the dates featured the couple’s custom wedding monogram, as well as the iconic blue and white colorway.
The couple’s ginger jar inspired wedding invitation was printed in white foil stamping on china blue paper. Their envelope was lined with a navy and white chinoiserie pattern.
To properly welcome guests to their Saint Simons Island wedding, we helped the couple create wedding weekend itineraries which coordinated with their ginger jar inspired wedding invitations.
For the couple’s blue and white wedding programs, we printed their custom wedding monogram on the front cover, and tied the booklet with a china blue ribbon.
Something blue for their beach front tablescape! We love the white and green centerpieces held inside ginger jars.
The couple’s custom wedding monogram even adorned cookies at the couple’s reception!
We had so much fun working on this classically beautiful wedding, inspired by ginger jars! Congrats to the happy couple, we had so much fun working with y’all! To see more of Mallory and William’s

Have y’all seen that the talented Katie Kime is coming out with a clothing line?! To say we’re excited is an understatement. She’s been giving sneak peeks of her apparel line on her Instagram, and some of her collection is now available for pre-order on her website. Some of our favorites include a banana leaf maxi skirt, a “queen bee” shift dress, and a two-piece frock featuring ginger jars. Swoon!!
We’ve never seen a tote bag look better than this
Ginger Jar tote from Waiting on Martha. The ginger jars accented by a bright pop of coral is absolute perfection.
It’s no secret that we’re all huge fans of Lilly Pulitzer in our studio. So when we saw this
Sloane V-Neck Maxi from their summer line…we died! The Bay Blue Yacht Sea pattern highlights sailboat sails in a classic blue and white coloring…so cute!
The only thing better than a house filled with blue and white ginger jars is a pillow adorned in the same chinoiserie inspired design. We absolutely love this
Blue Canton pillow by Dana Gibson!
The perfect way to show your blue and white love while staying cool this summer…this
Chinoiserie shirtdress from Anthropologie.
